• Introduction to mushroom cultivation cycles
  
• Gathering your supplies
• Creating your growing setup
• Growing step by step
• Wrap-up and additional resources

Your course fee includes:

• PowerPoint presentation on the simple approach to growing mushrooms in your home
  
• Hands on demonstrations
• One bag of blue oyster grain spawn, one bag of chopped straw, 5 one gallon plastic buckets
• PDF of workshop notes
  
• Optional farm tour at the end of the day

In person at Akesi Farms (the home of Fungi Akuafo) on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 12pm to 4pm.

Notes

• Pack your lunch!  Also, bring your own water bottle.
• You will be OUTSIDE!  Please dress for cool weather.  Also, please wear closed toe shoes.
